Your responsibilities:
• Responsibility to design, implement, manage and assure adequate security levels at plants
• Direct liaise with, support, communication, and interaction with plants across all Manufacturing Clusters,
• Support all central EHS team members in regards of site security/protection activities
• Develop, drive, implement and assure (auditing) site protection-based standards, guidelines and policies across all plants, CSC’s and offices,
• Support and drive site security/protection activities in new projects/constructions.
Your profile:
• Minimum 5 year of experience in site security/protection within industrial companies with an international footprint
• Profound experience in working within a multi-cultural global organization
• Willingness to travel (30%) • you cherish the opportunity to safeguard colleagues with a focus to also securing our physical premises thereby supporting a safe and secure work and business environment,
• You are eager to support and develop in close cooperation with our plants, CSC’s and offices,
• You have a structured mind able to manage several activities in numerous fields and across many various countries.
• Fluent in English written and spoken, French, Arabic or Spanish highly recommended
• Excellent communication and management skills,
• High degree of autonomy to be able to drive, lead and manage processes and projects within the area of responsibility,
• Documented experience in the field of site protection and security,
• Preferably with relevant education and diplomas within the field of site protection and security,
• Flexibility, resilience, organizational skills
