About the job
Main responsibilities:
To develop, manage and maintain an industry leading security policy and protection for the Group, its operations, offices, studios and employees. Starting with a focus on the Live Studios Romania/Bucharest, coming other Studios as well.
Physical security/access control – buildings, access, access cards, perimeters and other aspects of physical security and access security.
CCTV – all setup and management in accordance with applicable laws (GDPR etc.) of a high quality and effective solution.
Investigations – performing effective investigations including enquiries, online investigation (social media etc.) and other investigations appropriate to the security goals of the organization and in accordance with applicable laws. Includes hiring and managing external consultants when required.
Multi-location Set up – setting up and managing the security at multiple locations as required and ensuring 24/7 cover with local policies, personnel, suppliers and oversight. Devising (a) common policies and (b) bespoke policies where needed.
Internal Stakeholder management – must be able to communicate with legal and compliance, risk and fraud, dealers, IT, HR and other internal departments and personnel as necessary and ensure a joined-up approach to solving problems and developing policies; must be able to communicate effectively to senior management to brief and to implement decisions effectively.
Service provider management – identify engage (on appropriate terms) and effectively manage, suitable service providers e.g. security guards, CCTV providers, access-control services etc. and specialists when and where necessary.
Requirements
· Proven experience as head of security, security manager or similar position
· Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
· Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
· Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
· Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis
· Working knowledge of MS Office
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
· Committed and reliable
· High school diploma; further education in security administration or similar field will be an asset
· Proficient in English, verbal and written
· Availability to travel
