We are now looking for further industry experts and leaders to support us in growing our sales in industry verticals.
In this role you will be reporting to Head of Global Safety & Security Global practice and be part of a global team with highly skilled industry experts within the domain of Safety & Security.
The location of this position is in Bucharest/Romania.
Your areas of responsibilities
In cooperation with Customer Units (CU) and Engagement Practices (EP) broaden and strengthen the relationship towards customer by developing and promoting offerings based on Ericsson´s portfolio for the Safety&Security industry.
Actively drive the growth of the sales funnel by identifying, defining and qualifying opportunities; this also includes driving the reuse and replication of global offering assets.
Proactively drive, together with CU representatives, the strategic customer dialogue on long-, medium-, and short-term topics to establish trust and build business partnership generating new sales opportunities.
For selected Safety&Security opportunities take on a commercial driver role and bring the sales case to a successful close on the right commercial terms.
Support sales and deliver of consulting engagements and build intimacy and drive transformation projects with targeted customers.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience and proven personal track record of customer engagements in the ICT professional services business focusing on the Safety&Security Business.
Well established personal network with C-level and sub C-level with Defence Ministry, Ministry of Interior Port Autority… on the Romanian market is a requirement
Solid understanding of customer strategic plans, value chains, regulatory environment, major stakeholders and requirements on e.g. Border & Area Security, Disaster & Emergency Management, First Responder Networks (PMR, PSLTE), Strategic Government Networks (Critical Communications Networks) communication solutions. In-depth understanding of the competitive and partnering landscape for Safety&Security.
Strong commercial acumen including profound ability in analysing and translating customer needs into concrete revenue offerings.
Willing and available to travel frequently.
Fluent in English.
University degree in Business, or Engineering/ICT. Higher university such as an MBA considered a merit.
