Location: Bucharest
As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
•    Implementation of the security policies, standards and procedures of MOL Group.
•    Risk assessments of MOL Romania locations, preparation and execution of a risk mediation programme.
•    Security incidents management, data analysis and statistics, reporting to relevant instances.
•    Assuring technical security systems are operational, coordination with security vendors.
•    Conducting internal investigations according to MOL standards.
•    Planning and coordination of specific security operations.
•    Managing security function as a business enabler.
•    Preparation and control of security related budget and cost monitoring.
•    Reporting to the management on security situation, proposing improvements.

To be successful in the role, you should have:
•    University degree
•    Strategic thinking security practitioner
•    Excellent analytical skills
•    Min. 5 years of experience in security management
•    Advanced English
•    High integrity and confidentiality
•    Category B driver’s license
