The Security Management team is composed of security professionals supporting the business through Information Security, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Security Awareness, security incident handling, Data Protection and Privacy within the Global Site Romania.The Security Manager reports directly to the Head of Security & Risk Management and drives operational excellence, continuous development, and improvement of Ericsson’s security frameworks in his/her area of expertise.Purpose of Job RoleDriving the GDPR implementation for DCP, gap analysisFollowing up actions from the security assessmentAsset Registry implementationSetting up a yearly communication planFacilitate execution of and follow-up on security strategy, policies & instructions, governance model and frameworksSupport responses to customer and partner requests during sales, and throughout the engagementFacilitate and participate in knowledge sharing internally and in relevant industry associations.
